How can I access cash deposited in a Business Savings Account of Business Certificate of Deposit?

Money held in a Business Savings Account may be withdrawn or transferred at any time, either in person or via online access, subject to applicable transaction limits. Money invested in a Business Certificate of Deposit can be withdrawn without penalty only when the certificate matures at the end of its term.
