What was your journey that led you to join Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union?

My relationship with Jeanne D’Arc started back in 2003 when the Lowell High School branch opened. I was given the opportunity to learn about banking.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

To be confident in myself and don’t let the negative things impact me.

What are the most valuable lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

Never be afraid to step out of my comfort zone.

Have you drawn professional inspiration from other women? Tell us about someone personally or professionally who has inspired you.

One of my long-time managers/mentors has always been very transparent with me and supportive of my management style. I can always count on them when difficult situations arise. While our management styles differ, I strive to be a strong support system for my direct reports.
