Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union Announces Officer Promotion
LOWELL, MA (May 14, 2025) – Larissa C. Thurston, President and Chief Executive Officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotion of William Ely to Assistant Vice President – Collections.
William (Bill) Ely has over twenty years of experience in collections, with nineteen of those in management. Ely joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2020 as the Collections Manager and has proven to be an asset to the Credit Union. He has fostered a strong culture of teamwork and is focused on critical collections and delinquency metrics.
With this promotion, he will manage and further develop the Collections program, advise members, settle debt, and track delinquency trends, among other responsibilities, in alignment with the Credit Union’s strategic priorities.
Ely is active in the community by consistently donating his time to “ring the bell” for the Salvation Army each holiday season, volunteering at Jeanne D’Arc’s MoneyStrong for Life Fairs, and is an Executive Board member for Hidden Battles Foundation.
