Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union Announces Four New Officers

LOWELL, MA (April 17, 2026) – Larissa C. Thurston, President and Chief Executive Officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotion of Keith Micavich to Mortgage Origination Officer, and welcome Lisa Carroll as Business Services Officer, Christopher Del Valle as Business Development Officer, Michelle Sapienza as VP – Business Lending Officer.
Keith Micavich has over twenty-five years of experience as a mortgage loan officer. He has been with Jeanne D’Arc for thirteen of those years, contributing to the growth of the Credit Union’s residential mortgage division. Prior to joining Jeanne D’Arc, he operated his own mortgage brokerage for seven years.
With this promotion, Micavich will manage a team of seven loan officers and senior loan officers, oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential mortgage lending team while continuing to support the Credit Union’s commitment to helping members achieve their homeownership goals.
Micavich, a native of Westford, Massachusetts, graduated cum laude from St. Michael’s College. He currently resides in southern New Hampshire with his wife, two children, and their dog.
Lisa Carroll joins Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union with over 15 years of experience driving small business and commercial growth across national and regional financial institutions. She previously was Vice President and National Senior SBA Franchise Business Development Officer at Huntington National Bank, managing a portfolio of franchise clients and identifying lending and bank service opportunities while building partnerships. Lisa lives in Chelmsford, MA.
Christopher Del Valle is an accomplished financial services leader with more than a decade of experience in commercial lending, business development, and relationship management across the credit union and banking industries. In his prior role as AVP, Commercial Business Development Officer at Align Credit Union, he originated, underwrote, and closed commercial credit solutions including SBA 7(a), commercial real estate, and auto loans while driving deposit growth and maintaining strong portfolio quality. Previously, Del Valle served in AVP and management roles at Northern Bank and Trust and Workers Credit Union, where he built and deepened commercial relationships, led and coached teams, and partnered with communities through outreach and financial empowerment initiatives.
He has completed advanced training including the Massachusetts Bankers Association Commercial Lending School (Certification in Commercial Lending) and a Moody’s Analytics certification in small business lending.
Michelle Sapienza joins Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union with over 10 years of experience as a commercial lending professional. She was formerly Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at Northern Bank and Trust Company, and her lending experience spans commercial real estate (CRE), C&I, SBA, and construction financing.
Previously, Sapienza spent nearly eight years at Hanscom Federal Credit Union where she originated and underwrote loans, analyzed tax returns and financial statements, managed portfolios and collections, partnered with retail branches to drive new business, and helped streamline operations, including supporting CRM development with the data management team.
Michelle attended the University of Lowell.
