Fraud Alert- Spoofed Phone Calls
It has come to our attention that the Credit Union’s main phone number, 978-452-5001, has been spoofed. We are hearing reports from members that these scammers are posing as members of our Fraud Department. They are requesting that members provide a high level of personal and card data that we would not request during a phone call like this. They may also request account passwords or pin numbers. You should never share this information. If you have responded to one of these calls and feel your account information may be at risk, please contact our Member Contact Center at 978.452.5001.
